ペンション ア ウント ア - ウィーン

とにかく立地が最高によい。 近くにスーパーあり（Julius Meinl am Graben）。HPあるので、見てください。ワイン、チーズ、バター、飲料、野菜など購入、自炊もできた。 定額タクシーでの空港からと、までの送迎あり。34ユーロ。トラブルのおわびに、帰りは無料で送ってくれた。 食器、レンジ、オーブン、冷蔵冷凍庫完備。 朝ビュフェは、各種パン、ハム、チーズ、シリアル、ゆで卵、少しのフルーツ、ジュース、コーヒー、ミルクなど。贅沢ではないが、十分であった。各自、トレイに盛って、自室で食べる形式使った食器は部屋掃除のときに片付けてくれる。

夜にヒューズがとんで停電したが、夜間にスタッフがいないため、30分程暗がりで過ごさざるを得なかった。- また、別の夜に帰館した際に受付入り口のドアが電子錠で開かなくなっていた。スタッフに連絡したが郊外に住- んでいるとのことでらちがあかなかった。帰館した別の宿泊客がドアを開けたのでそれに乗じて入館できた。自- 室の部屋のドアは開いた。翌日朝に錠を交換してくれた。 以上のことで分かるように、夜間スタッフ不在なのでトラブル発生時はとても困ります。 着いたときも、空港からのタクシーの運転手さんが部屋の鍵を預かっており、部屋まで案内してくれた。 トータルでは良かったと断言できるので、改善を要望します。 内向きの部屋なので外の天気が外出するまでわからなかった。 参考：電子錠は1)道路に面した建物入り口、2)M階のペンション入り口、3)自室のドア、の計３カ所あり- ます。1)はあらかじめ入り口であることを知らないと、ここがペンション入り口とはわからない程、狭い鉄格- 子の入り口から入ります。

ロケーション。観光、買い物、食事の拠点としては最高。観光シーズン中にも関わらず、お得な宿泊費設定。ただし安いのにはワケあり。

ビジネス向けにはお勧めできない。コストを抑えるためかスタッフは17時までしかいない(遅れる場合は事前- 連絡要)。事前連絡はしていたが、到着時には無人でチェックインできず。というか、中にも入れず。ドアに記- 載の連絡先に連絡したところ、スタッフを送るので、1時間ほどカフェで時間つぶしてとのこと。。。唖然。 しかもアルバイト風の若いスタッフで、invoiceのアドレス変更する権限も持たされていない(オーナー- に宿泊者からメール要)。とまあ、色々と割り切りがあるので、これに納得ができれば、良いペンションでは。-

The pension in comfortable, quite and centrally located. The breakfast is very nice and the staff very helpful and kind.

Excellent location close to the centre of Vienna. Very easy to get to the hotel from the central Train station by metro. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean and functional.

Unassuming entry, but magnificent place and great value, great location, helpful staff, easy access from airport with the train and subway. When return to Vienna will definitely stay at A &A.

Excellent in location in Vienna near museums.

The location was excellent, on a quiet street, close to most city attractions. The pension staff was nice and helpful and almost every request we had was fulfilled. The room was clean and nicely designed and had an air condition, which was rare and so important in hot summer time Vienna. If I ever come back to Vienna, I would definitely come back to pension a und a.

The breakfast lounge was right outside our door, which was a bit noisy sometimes.

Very good location,friendly staff, had our own suit at our disposal,with all the comforts of a good hotel.Will prefer to stay again.

In the late evenings there is no staff to assist you,you are by yourself.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and looked new and very well kept. The location of the pension is superb, beeing close to many of the atractions [ just few minutes walk]. The stuff was very helpful, the breakfast buffet was reach and very satisfying.

The abscence of a Loby ans Dining room. Eating in the room was not too comfortable [though not punishment..]

A little difficult to find. If the closet train station is mentioned then it is very easy to locate. We got down one station earlier and hence was a 15 minute walk else if the correct directions were given it would have been a 3 minute walk

The Pension was right in the centre of Vienna, just off the Graben. The welcome was friendly, the bedroom clean and of a perfectly adequate size, with a high ceiling, the bathroom was fine as well.

In some ways it was a bit impersonal, with one person on the desk from 9 am until around 4.00pm. The breakfast was not wonderful but perfectly adequate.

Perfect location really in the city centre which a lot of shopping area and restaurant and interesting places n historical places.The staff very helpful and Free wifi.

The location of the hotel is perfect in any case- leisure or business. A very Austrian entry, stairs and other rounds-up. The room is quite large, clean and modern but 3 towels are not enough, I'd say. Should the location and cleanness are dominant for you, please don't think it over- book it. You will be happy with the Pension.

The walls are very thin which makes it a problem especially if you are not alone. The reception is located just in front of the entry so that you see them every time you are in or out. It may be not of any inconvenience but I didn't like it. The breakfast was not very good- no variety at all.

It can not be stressed enough how conveniently located this Pension is, literally in the heart of all the key attractions the Inner stadt has to offer. The hotel is modern, immaculately presented and the staff can not to enough to help. Perfect.
